Section Purpose:
This documentation describes what the Pharmacy section is, how to configure it, and why its data is important for label generation in the system.
Basic Information
Section titled “Basic Information”Pharmacy is a special tab available exclusively for main organizational units – those that have no parent unit (most often it’s the hospital or other main facility). It contains data needed for proper label generation in the system.
Each Pharmacy has the following properties:
Section titled “Each Pharmacy has the following properties:”- Pharmacy Name Required – full name of the pharmacy or facility that will be printed on labels.
- Address Required – complete pharmacy address (street, postal code, city), displayed on labels and prescriptions.
- Phone Number Required – pharmacy contact number, printed on patient documents.

Section titled “View in Application”After clicking on the main unit, a Pharmacy tab appears where you can view and edit data:
- Pharmacy Name – full facility name
- Address – complete pharmacy address (street, postal code, city)
- Phone Number – contact number
Frequently Asked Questions
Section titled “Frequently Asked Questions”Why don’t I see the Pharmacy section?
The Pharmacy section is available only for main organizational units (those that have no parent unit). If the unit is a sub-unit, the section will not be visible.
Can I edit Pharmacy data?
Yes, you can edit Pharmacy data if you have administrator permissions and are at the main organizational unit level. Changes will be reflected in all generated labels.
What data is used for printing labels?
Labels contain Pharmacy data, i.e., name, address, and phone number. It’s important that this information is always current and correct.
What should I do if Pharmacy data is incorrect?
Go to the Pharmacy section of the main organizational unit and update the data. Changed information will be visible on all new labels generated in the system.
